Terms of Service

Collectji is operated by نقطة الاساس للبرمجة الحاسوبية, registered in Amman, Jordan(“Collectji,” “we,” “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Collectji website and applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Collectji is software. We provide Merchants with tools to list products, subscribe to partner pickup locations, track inventory across those locations, and see what they have earned. We provide Store Keepers with tools to receive, hold, and hand over those products.

We do not sell goods, and we do not handle money for them.Collectji is not a party to the sale between a Merchant and their customer, and never takes possession of the goods. Payment happens in person, directly between the customer and the Store Keeper, in cash, by CliQ transfer, or on the Keeper’s own card terminal. We never see card numbers, CliQ credentials, or bank details. We record only which method was used and the amount, so payouts and settlements can be calculated.

What you pay us for is access to the Service. That is a separate transaction from any sale of goods that happens through a pickup point.

Merchant and Keeper accounts require an approved application and an adult account holder. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@collectji.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Merchants subscribe to a plan to use the Service. The plan you choose sets what the Service allows your account to do, including how many pickup locations you can subscribe to at once. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are charged in advance for each billing period.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not end the billing period you have already paid for, and your access continues until that period ends. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

If we change what a plan includes or what it costs, we will tell subscribed Merchants before the change takes effect, and it will apply from your next billing period rather than the current one.

Keepers host a pickup location and are independent operators, not our employees or agents. The share a Keeper earns is agreed between the Keeper and the Merchant whose products they hold. Collectji records and reports those amounts; it does not pay them on either party’s behalf.

Keepers are responsible for the goods in their care while they hold them, and for handing them to the right customer.

• Do not list goods you are not legally entitled to sell, or that are illegal in Jordan.
• Do not use the Service to mislead customers about what they are buying or where to collect it.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not interfere with the Service or the infrastructure it runs on.

Product names, descriptions, and photos you upload remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them where the Service needs to — to customers browsing a reservation link, to the Keeper holding the item, and inside your own dashboards. You confirm you have the right to use the images and text you upload.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may take the Service down for maintenance. We are not responsible for a Merchant’s or Keeper’s own conduct, or for goods that are lost, damaged, or misdescribed by someone using the Service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. You can close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data afterwards.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify Merchants and Keepers directly. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
